PensDown is a proposal management process that enables users to organize proposal development tasks such as creating projects, assigning contributors and reviewers, managing proposal lifecycle, reviewing progress, and managing proposal compliance.
Once the project has been developed, the tool also helps Proposal Writers create first draft proposals by extracting requirements from RFQs, searching the user’s governed data, and compiling written responses based on the returned search results.
